Questions and answers about Children of Demon Killers and I Want Peace.
Tragically, attacks on civilians in public places happen all too often. The story shows people cannot rely solely on the police; they must unite and help each other to survive. True heroes emerge in moments of crisis. The tale unfolds over four hours as Blue City residents come together, though most violent events happen in minutes. By the time authorities arrive, the threat has already faded, and many people are injured or have died.
News stories reveal how ordinary people transform into heroes during hardship. One man rushed into a burning building to rescue children. Another armed citizen stopped a mass shooting. A doctor prevented a man from bleeding to death. These acts of courage inspired the story. I don't have a real-life person who directly inspired any of the main characters. Many of my characters are based on multiple historical individuals.
The soldier was forced to fight for fifteen years. My message is to find God. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Only Way to find peace. In return, the soldier found peace and gave the world peace.
Growing up in an Orthodox Christian family, I learned about powerful female saints like St. Mary, Mother of God; St. Mary Demiana, the Coptic Princess of Martyrs; and Mother Teresa, who served the poor. History and the Bible are full of strong women who changed the world. As an Egyptian, I cherish the proverb: ‘Behind a great man is a greater woman.’
My mother, grandmother, and many women in my family and community embody strength and dedication to service. Rebecca is more than a fictional character; she symbolizes a strong woman striving to uplift her community and build a brighter future for her children and grandchildren. The women who join her share this same powerful vision.
A happy, mentally healthy woman builds and strengthens her community and works hard to give her children a better future.
“A mother is a school; if you prepare her well, you have prepared a people of noble roots. The mother is a garden; if the life-giving rain tends to it. With watering, it will blossom forth in the most lush bloom. The mother is the teacher of teachers—those very ones. Whose great deeds have filled the far reaches of the horizon.”
Hafez Ibrahim, Egyptian Poet.
My world does not have peace. My world has 35 days of holiday designated as Peacetime. The purpose is to promote civil peace and prevent wars between cities, avoiding long, endless conflicts. Because we live in a broken, fallen world, we can never achieve true peace, but we can achieve temporary civil peace to address the problem.
Raised in an Orthodox Christian family, I found inspiration in the Bible and its characters. I cherish stories of church miracles and saints. Christianity teaches joy and peace amid suffering. God gives each person a purpose, and when that purpose is unfulfilled, the individual feels something is missing in his life. Every deep, meaningful story has spiritual and moral elements.
God willing, I am creating another book to captivate readers. I hope they will embrace the story and its characters. Modern knight stories about Person journey to find God's gifts: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
I began writing my story at twelve years old. Crafting it deepened my reflection on the issue. Creating characters gave me courage, while portraying those who found solutions amid conflict brought me peace, reminding me that every problem has a resolution and an end.
Of course, many of the characters will return for the second book. There are also new characters.
My story has a fake religion. My story does not directly address Christianity. It is similar to The Lord of the Rings, which has its own creation story, mythology, culture, and geography.
